Redemption information
The time on your ticket is your cruise departure time. The cruise departs from Water Taxi Miami in Bayside Marketplace. Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water. Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive. Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as we have strict reservations. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark. For the Everglades at 9:00 AM the next morning, please check in at Miami Nice Tours, 305 Lincoln Road, South Beach at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you need to change the time/day you do the Everglades Tour, please contact Attractions4Us at reservations@attractions4us.com or by phone (+1 212 512 0515) no later than 6pm the day of your cruise date. Your activity voucher will act as your voucher for check-in with Miami Nice Tour. Please check in using the name of the lead traveller on your reservation
